Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Sahaan website and its Hyderabad launch discovery, booking-request and professional-application features.

Marketplace role

Sahaan helps customers discover businesses and independent beauty professionals. Google-listed businesses are not automatically Sahaan partners. Only profiles displaying a Sahaan verified badge have completed Sahaan’s current review process.

Google Maps content

Business names, addresses, ratings and review counts identified as Google Maps content are provided by Google Maps Platform and may change. Use of that content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and applicable Google policies. Follow the Google Maps link on each listing to view its current source information.

Bookings and payments

A request is not a confirmed appointment. Service scope, professional availability, final price, travel charges, cancellation terms and any advance must be confirmed before service. Do not send identity, bank or payment-card documents to an unverified contact.

Ratings and reviews

Google Maps ratings and review counts are user-generated. Google does not verify individual reviews, although it may remove content that violates its policies. Sahaan does not guarantee that public ratings predict your experience.

Professional applications

Submitting an application or selecting a Google Business Profile does not guarantee approval. Sahaan may request identity, skills, address and payout verification before activating a professional profile.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, submit false information, impersonate another business, scrape listings, interfere with the service or use content in violation of third-party rights.

These launch terms should be reviewed with qualified Indian legal counsel before accepting payments or operating at scale.
