Sahaan is a managed marketplace for beauty services launching in Hyderabad. This policy explains the information used during customer searches, booking requests and professional applications.

Information you provide

We may receive your name, telephone number, email address, preferred service, appointment date, service address and professional application details. Information entered into a WhatsApp handoff is shared only after you choose to send the prepared message.

Location and Google Maps information

When you search, Sahaan sends the Hyderabad PIN code and service category to Google Maps Platform to retrieve relevant public business listings, ratings, review counts and addresses. Google processes these requests under the Google Privacy Policy. A Google listing does not mean the business is verified or partnered with Sahaan.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to booking requests, review professional applications, support service delivery, prevent misuse and improve the Sahaan experience. We do not sell personal information.

Data sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers and professionals as needed to process a request, comply with law or protect users. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit a booking or application. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Sahaan through the official WhatsApp contact displayed on the website once activated.
